Track Order
We know you are looking forward to your order arriving. Use the steps below to find your tracking details, check your order status, and get help from Afriano support if anything looks unclear.
1. Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the email address used at checkout. That email includes your tracking number and the fastest link for following your package.
If you do not see it right away, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder in case the message was filtered there.
2. Track Through Your Account Or Order Status Page
If you created an account, you can log in to review your order history and available tracking details.
If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking or order status link from your confirmation emails. Guest checkout orders are still trackable through the links Shopify sends after purchase and shipment.
3. If Tracking Has Not Updated Yet
It is normal for tracking to take time to activate after a label is created. Carrier scans may take 24 to 72 hours to appear, especially around weekends, holidays, or busy shipping periods.
If your order shows as shipped but the tracking page has not updated yet, please allow a little additional time for the carrier system to refresh.
4. Before Your Order Ships
After checkout, your order moves through a few stages before tracking becomes available:
Order Confirmation
Sent shortly after your purchase is placed.
Processing
Your order is prepared for shipment on business days.
Shipping Confirmation
Sent once your order has shipped and tracking details are ready.
If several business days have passed and you still have not received shipping confirmation, contact us and we can check the order status.
5. Need Help Finding Your Order?
If you cannot locate your tracking email or need help checking a shipment, email hello@afriano.com.
To help us look it up quickly, please include:
- Your order number, if available
- The email address used at checkout
- Your full name or shipping name
